Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the terms and procedures for using the services provided by Vinchhada through the Vinchhada website, and other necessary matters.


Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

ㆍ "Company" refers to Vinchhada, which provides the service.
ㆍ "Service" refers to all related services provided by the Company through the [Vinchhada website].
ㆍ "Member" refers to a customer who has entered into a usage contract with the Company in accordance with these terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
ㆍ "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
ㆍ "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to protect their confidentiality.


Article 3 (Notification and Revision of Terms)

1. The Company shall post the contents of these terms where members can easily access them on the service's main screen.
2. The Company may amend these terms if deemed necessary and will notify members by specifying the application date and reason for the amendment along with the current terms on the service's main screen.
3. Members have the right to reject the amended terms, and if they do not express their rejection within seven days after the amended terms have been posted, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.


Article 4 (Membership)

1. Membership is established when a member agrees to these terms, applies for membership according to the Company's procedures, and the Company approves the application.
2. The Company may refuse membership applications in the following cases:
ㆍ If the application contains false information, omissions, or errors
ㆍ If registering the applicant as a member is deemed to cause significant technical difficulties for the Company


Article 5 (Member Obligations)

1. Members must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these terms, usage guidelines, and notices related to the service.
2. Members may not use the service for business activities without prior approval from the Company, and the Company is not responsible for the results of such unauthorized business activities.
3. Members may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained through the service without the prior consent of the Company, nor may they provide it to others. 


Article 6 (Provision and Interruption of Service)

1. The Company provides members with the following services:

ㆍ When the period communication business operator stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services

Article 7 (Restriction of Service Use)

The Company may restrict or terminate the use of the service without prior notice if a member engages in any of the following actions:

ㆍ Acts contrary to public order and morals
ㆍ Acts related to criminal activities
ㆍ Acts that damage or disadvantage others
ㆍ Acts that harm or intentionally interfere with the service
ㆍ Acts that violate other relevant laws or the Company's usage conditions


Article 8 (Termination of Contract)

1. If a member wishes to terminate the usage contract, they must apply for termination through the procedures set by the Company.
2. The Company may terminate the contract without prior notice if the member violates the provisions of Article 7.


Article 9 (Privacy Protection and Changes)

1. The Company makes every effort to protect members' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and the Company's privacy policy.
2. Matters regarding the collection, use, storage, and destruction of personal information are governed by the Company's privacy policy.
3. Personal information collected is used internally by the Company and is not sold, shared, or traded with third parties or other individuals or organizations.

ㆍ Email address*
ㆍ Phone number*
ㆍ Date of birth (optional)

The Company is not responsible for incorrect delivery due to incorrect address or email information provided by the member. Ensure correct delivery address and email are entered to receive assistance.
5. The Company may share the member’s name and address with the courier service or supplier for order delivery purposes.
The information is used for the following purposes:

ㆍ Shipping
ㆍ Post-delivery and after-sales service
ㆍ Product information
ㆍ Transaction processing

The information provided by the member is used to manage the member's account and to confirm and execute financial transactions related to online payments.
The Company may use personal information for sending promotional or marketing information if registered as a member during the service usage.
The Company reserves the right to change and revise the privacy policy at any time.


Article 10 (Modification of Services and Prices)

The Company’s product prices are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.
The Company is not liable to the member or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.


Article 11 (Compensation for Damages)

The Company is not responsible for any damages to the member in connection with the services provided free of charge, except for damages caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
If a member violates the provisions of these terms and the Company incurs damage as a result, the member shall compensate the Company for all damages incurred.


Article 12 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability for the provision of services if it is unable to provide the service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
2. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the member's fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the member's expected benefits from the service or from materials obtained through the service.


Article 13 (Resolution of Disputes)

The Company and the member shall make sincere efforts to resolve any disputes arising from the use of the service through mutual consultation.
